Hello, I’m Judy Allen. I’m a Kindergarten teacher in Southern California, a proud mama, and a very blessed grandma. I’ve been teaching little ones for many years now, and I still wake up every morning excited to love and encourage the children in my classroom. They are full of wonder, full of questions, and full of joy. It’s an honor to be part of their story, even for a short while.

Outside the classroom, my heart is with my family. I have the sweetest children and grandchildren, and being their mom and Grammy brings me more joy than I can put into words. We laugh a lot, we love deeply, and I thank God every day for the time we share. They are my biggest inspiration and the reason I write.

When I’m not in the classroom or with my family, you’ll usually find me in the garden, working on a new craft project, or curled up with a good book. But one of my favorite pastimes is taking my dogs for long walks. I love dogs and these walks often bring peace to my heart and spark ideas for my stories.

I enjoy writing stories that reflect the values I hold close to my heart, like kindness, faith, and the beauty of everyday moments. Many of my stories stem from real experiences with my grandkids, the wonderful children I teach, and the quiet lessons God places before me.

I believe with all my heart that small moments matter. A kind word, a warm hug, a thoughtful note… these are the things that stay with us. My prayer is that my writing will be a blessing to others, just like so many people have been a blessing to me.
